I have been scouting round for a better LP payoff from my agent(s)
Found a few good ones, but one in particular stands out.
This agent is in hisec, but there is a lowsec system 2-3 jumps out.
This lowsec, however, is in a different region.
Am I right in thinking the agent will never send me to a different region to do a mission?
Also, is 7450LP for the top end Lvl4s (EA, AE, GE, Veng, WC etc) considered good?

7450LP is certainly not bad for high sec lvl 4 missions. In fact my agent is of very good quality 16-20 in a 0.5 system and even with the special connection skill at 3 I get only around 7000. Guess you have the special connections at 5.

Absolutely correct
not true. he still has a chance.

I think the issue is that the only lowsec option is in a different region and regular missions won't send you to other regions.

I think is good ... but it can be better I think... at least I get 8100+ for that mission in system 0.5 agent lvl 4 q 18 ( if i rember well quality agent)...

With relevant connection skills at 5 the maximum I found was something like 8459LP. This is from a L4Q18 agent in Irjunen with a true sec of 0.52. This agent never offered me a mission to low sec. There are others out there with similar characteristics.
