Hello all i have 10b to spend on a amarr or minmatar pvp pilot.
I do not want industry skills.
Cap ships would be nice.

36mil sp not wasted on industry , boring/essential skills done, no cross-training (other than to pump up the damage of projectile pirate ships), pretty close to cap ships if u wanna go in that direction.
Char with a nice, clean history.
Pretty much you can fly most minmatar pvp ships with that char very well and decide for yourself which ones u want to perfect.

sorry, not sure i wanna pay 10b for 36m sp without a cap ship book plugged in.

38.5M sp - pure pvp speced
caldari dread ready, just needs skillbooks like caldari dread, jump fuel..., citadel...
flies min hac, recon, t3!!, command ship, interceptor
excellent probing skills, cov ops 5
excellent ew skills, caldari bs 5 for scorpion
can fly golem, marauders 4
has a +5 implant set with 5% hardwirings
another clone has a HIGH GRADE slave set (including omega) with 5% hardwirings
