Such experiments can only lead to mutated slaves, where as some mutations may work as an advantage like endurance, strength and health some may lead to disastrous mutations like increase in intelligence and co-ordination. We don't take kindly on slavers and this one is one of the worst I have seen. I think he miss more then his speech center though.. As I think we picked up the majority of his body. He is not a whole man anymore.. maybe not a man at all. If he comes back in a diminished way every time, it shouldn't be that long till his threat is of no consequence.. Still I am rather unsettled by his latest feat.
