I have 2 outstanding loans; I'd like to convert that into one outstanding loan.
The terms I'm looking for are 7b at 4%, interest to be paid on the first of every month (first month's interest prorated).
No collateral will be offered.
I may be keeping said loan outstanding for quite a while, so don't anticipate full repayment anytime soon, probably 6+ months.
Let me know here or ingame if you're interested or have questions.
I'm not looking for multiple smaller loans, by the way; just one 7b chunk, so i only have to pay one person one amount every month.
Originally by: Cobalt Sixty ...I've developed the personal opinion that most people who come to EVE Online expecting their personal morality to be reciprocated will ultimately be sorely disappointed.

I'll leave it to the individual to decide whether or not I'm scamming; I personally feel my track record on this board speaks for itself.

This guy is a gentleman. His manners are superior to that of the detractors. miners-you can: switch, rob, wardec, nerf, scam them, buy below market, pirate them on their way to sell. mining < trading, ratting, manufacturing from market bought minerals, they still wont go away |

This is the same as PP's bond that had the naysayers before it. Learn yon MD history you younguns.
Edit: Because that was so cryptic, all I'm saying is that DS is a well respected member of the community. _________ Eve - for when I'm not playing minecraft ;) |

Actually, my researchers tell me that Deth has provided approximately 500% more information than that douche proton did. Therefore, I 07 you sir.

While i do not hold anything against ds, presenting your loan request in this format is just asking to get trolled hard.It would have been nice if you refresh the memory of all the md with your past workings.Links with some explanations never hurt. knowledge is power |

Not really. This is a refinancing, rather than a request for more money. However, it might have been wiser for someone to insist on a more carefully managed handover of the cash, for form's sake, as Deth did seem to have ended up with the isk from both sets of investors at the same time before paying out the old ones.

Lender's responsibility tbh. I obviously trust Deth -- I trusted him with 3.75 uncollateralized and *I* sought him out to make the loan (also a refinance). I also gave the ISK to Kazuo, not because I don't trust Deth 100% (I do) but because there is no reason not to do a refinance "clean". Regardless, IMHO the lender is responsible for taking care of safeguards, or rather suggesting them, rather than the borrower.

True, and my comments were not meant to reflect any distrust of Deth. However, given the scope for lenders to compete by offering the extra convenience to the borrower of not going through a third party, it wouldn't hurt at all for the borrower to set up a third party framework in the first place to discourage lenders from offering that short-cut. There is also the issue that the new lender potentially increases the risk to the old lender by taking the shortcut, so, again, it wouldn't hurt for the borrower to look out for the old lender's interests. If this was done as standard by trusted figures like Deth it would make it harder for actual scammers to get away with deviation from such norms.
Edit - Oh ... and grats to Deth for working the interest on this down! Very efficient cycle of refinancing.

I agree with you on how refis should be arranged. I honestly wasn't really thinking about it that much when I put up OP - I just wanted to consolidate my loans, and I was a little braindead to put up a "proper" post. I had expected to go back and reformat tbh, but when 7b @ 3.5% landed in my wallet...
Also thanks for the congrats - it's not been without a couple bumps, but I feel that it's been beneficial both to myself and to lenders. I think we're done with the cycle though, because I don't think anybody wants to loan cash at under 3.5 :P
