So I am trying to determine any other differences between the Dark Blood, Blood, Sansha, True Sansha, And Normal Control Towers (Specifically Large)
Can anyone help me ?

Faction towers use less fuel and I think have more EHP.

and cost around 1.5 bil and up for a large since PI POS fuels have increased in price.

Only use a faction pos if you need the added cpu/powergrid or hps. Don't get one just for the fuel, it will not pay off for a very long time.

That's assuming you plan on losing your tower. Otherwise you could sell your tower for probably the same price, while saving lots on fuel.
Would be an excellent choice if you set up in a wormhole with a faction tower. Especially if it's a c1/c2/c3 where capitals have a really hard time getting in.

Faction towers have more hitpoints.
But the biggest advantage is in the fuel consumption.
Not only do faction towers use less fuel, but they also
have the same size fuel bay. This means you can fit more
time between refuel ( ~17 days for normal; ~25 days for
faction).
7 days extra between refuel is relevant if you are going
to manage a large number of towers.

You get 10% more shields and armor on a faction, and they save you about 27.1 mil per month in fuel cost at current jita prices. You dont get any increased PG or CPU. Plus they look pretty cool, whis is alaway a plus.

Just wanted to throw this out there - that is the very first time I've seen that expression used, outside of "The Nerd" in cliche 80's movies.
