I have recently purchased multiple PLEX from CCP with a debit card. Several days after the purchase took place (tranaction cleared) a second charge to my debit card would be made. I have been overdrawn over $100.00 dollars because of this (purchased two $60 PLEX and was charged twice on each transaction). I never let the charges clear (charges were still processing at the time, no money was taken but it did hold the funds while waiting for it to clear) because I would tell my bank, Bank of America, to get them off of my account because they were not allowed to be there.
Now the charges never cleared as far as I can tell because even though the bank removes them from your account, they still make sure the parent company charging you doesn't demand money. If CCP demanded money on being charged twice the bank would then notify me and make me pay the balance. My bank hasn't notified me about the removed transactions, which I then presume means CCP never actually "charged" me twice. Although I wasn't charged twice it will still show up on my bank account, tieing those funds up and making then inaccessible to me, essentially charging me twice.

I have, but I would like to know if this is a known issue or not and if anything is being done about it.

I actually do care. I wouldn't want something to happen, like what happened with Warhammer Online.

I checked my account balance today and made sure I have aple funds in my account incase it does happen again and then purchased $34 PLEX, to which if it does I will provide screen shots of my transactions incase CCP is denying or oblivious to the problem. It may seem unneccesary but I feel that CCP needs to do something about it and if this is the only way to provide evidence then I will.

Not financially stable enough in game to do so, I buy PLEX to earn isk.
