price check, what is going price on an office in any of 3 stations in Great Wildlands Region? or to simplify the question: what is price someone is willing to pay for 1.
My alt hates me, I don't know why. he won't even talk to me anymore |

well there is 1 avaible now. and is not owned by CA. I was asked to find out what someone would be willing to pay to have said office.

I've had offers of 200M for one of ours. I think that is a ridiculously low price. GW is a hotly contended region. Cash is pretty trivial - I wouldn't sell your office for anything short of 2B in just pure cash, and I would only do that if you were absolutely dead broke or needed the funds to jump on something in a hurry.

Some people still argue that anything over 5M is too much, then they go spend 10 times that on one module for their soon to be fireworks ship.
Auction it with starting bid 200M.

Not everyone in this game is a T2 BPO owner, office-hoarder or the likes, and as such will find a price of 200mil for an office, quite frankly sky-high. Just saying your example is way off.
It's a problem for the casual gamers and for the ones who've prioratised gaming over isk-making. Please do something to fix. The lab-slots too.

We visited the Great Wildlands for around a year before finally being able to rent our office there some 2 months ago. It's not impossible to rent one of these offices, you just have to be dedicated or realize that you're just a casual gamer in no need of an office there.
