What is the best way to smuggle contraband items past Concord. I have tried running some small arms for an agent mission and got stopped at a gate. Cost me 3mil in fines (be aware that you get repeatedly fined if you do not click yes to give up the goods you are smuggling!!!!
BTW you cannot set up a courier mission for contraband items!
Would be greatful of some assistance

Just leave it till there's some skills for it implemented.

I'm currently working on a cunning plan: starting a new character with the Black Market Trading skill to be my smuggling slave. Don't know whether it will work or not, but we'll see.

I tried it cloaked but wasn't able to cloak fast enough after warp to evade them. However, I was still able to approach the gate under cloak. Not sure if I could have quickly uncloaked and jumped with contraband intact or not.

I have looked at the item that i was trying to carry into Caldari space. Details show that the time for customes to respond was =>0.00 secs. So that makes it possible . Also the fine was 500% of the market value, I got fined twice in the space of a minute.....

Contraband is nearly impossible to run these days unless you've got your Black Market Trading up to level 5. And then even if you do, the math suggests you'll get caught 1 out of every 10 gates.
CCP could fix this by spawning Customs only at the frontiers of every empire and have them scan ships crossing the borders just like real Customs agents, but I doubt that'll happen.
...And now its time for someone to tell me how wrong I am and how easy it is to run drugs, ect. ect.

haha karoth you FOOL. it is so EASY to run drugs! omg u must be an imbred monkey who has been beaten within an inch of your LIFE while being hopped up on ****** if you can not wrap ur pathetic little mind over the OVERWHELMINGLY SIMPLE technique of transporting illigal substances past those IGNORANT custom officials.
haha, im just as lost as you man, but i havnt given it much thought and my current finacial status is forcing me to look for a new line of work so i mite b giving this thing a more thurough look through
