Alternatively, delete the toons and start new ones (may be quicker)

I'm doing it as I type this, basically I just hopped into a cane w. a cloak and now I'm cloaked in a low populated 0.0 system, killing the biggest bounty BS rat every 15 mins.
I'm now below -4 and get 0.02-0.03 improved standing every tick.

If you have any friend with access to missions in systems you can access(Wether it's quiet lowsec/nullsec or highsec) have him spawn as many missions as he can. The only criterias is that there may not be two missions versus the same faction in the same system. But as many systems as possible aswell as as many different factions per system as possible.
Then do what you're already doing. Go to each mission kill a decent rat in each. Rince and repeat every 15 minutes(if you get enough missions this will keep you busy).
ALso, train fast talk if you havn't.

First, read the fast talk skill to lvl3 or 4.
Then, find a three system triangle in a low populated 0.0. Kill one rat in one system, go to nest system and kill a rat and again go to next system and kill a rat. The bigger their bounty, the bigger the sec climbing, so you want to check out the possible faction spawns just for that sake.
I've raised my sec from -10.0 twice to empire condition and it really is just few days. Less than a week if you really get onto it.

edit: the guy above said that doing missions is good. Thats a No GO. The sec status gaining system bugs hard, if you are behind a acceleration gate. Sometimes you get the sec, but most often you dont get the sec. Same reason, don't do complexes aswell. Anomalies are ok, but the bs's spawn only late in the anomalies thou. If you have one of those new sightseeings in those systems, they are good, beacause theres always a guarantee of atleast a regular BS spawn in 0.0.

Just so you know, this is a terrible idea. Alot of mission rats don't give sec status. Also its biggest bounty in 15 minutes in a system, factions have nothing to do with anything.

As someone who was -10..
Find a GOOD low sec pocket to work in, sec status should be no higher than 0.2. Minimum of 6 systems that you can run a loop through. Kill the first bs/bc rat you encounter, move to the next system. You might think that killing 175k-800k rats will take you forever to increase your sec status, but the 15 minute timer is per system... In 15 minutes, you can generally hit up to 5 systems once you've established a routine. Personally, I used a neutron Thorax with a cloak in a high slot. Worked like a charm.
Oh, and since you're ratting for sec status, just loot the really spiffy stuff, screw the generic drops! (faction spawns ftw!)

-10 people shouldn't be allowed to fix their status, imo.
Suggestion: Remove the "new topic" button from everywhere apart from the list of topics section within a subforum.
That'd save those with chronic hand/eye coordination some face. |

Find a mate who wants to do similar. Gang up and go to a 3 system pocket, the lower the sec the better.
When you get into each system, one of you starts at the top belt the other at the bottom until u find a BS rat wherby the player not with the rat calls the other in
Critical part of this method is that it halves the time,which it takes to find a BS because 2 of you are looking. Plus is less dull than doing it alone.
