Hi there has somebody else the problem that he cant make a petition on the eo hompage or se active ones?

I checked with the GMs and they aren't having any issues with the website petitions. Any responses should of come through email as well. You could try replying to the email and ask for an update.
If anyone else is having issues let us know!
Edit: One of the GMs just mentioned it could be a webserver issue. Try punching F5 a few times and see if it helps. Also try http://api.eve-online.com/machineip.asp and let me know what IP you are accessing if this is the issue.

Hi this is my IP: 10.211.70.218 found some other people in a german forum with the same problem presed F5 a 100 Times nothing happens :( I get the error HTTP 404: Not Found on Create new Petition or My petitions

No, he is right about it being a 10/8 IP. It's an IP internal to CCP's network that they need to know - they are after all talking about their web servers.
Mirus Virus I would suggest you remove your own IP...

Ok i think you can delete this after a third router restart now everythink works fine

i m having the exact same problem here.the account expired today and i have been trying since noon to log in to the site to make a payment and continue playing.i can t even log in to the site that s why i m here from an other account.but i actually don t get it..if my game time ends how am i supossed to add game time if i can t even log in.sucks bigtime!!

I already filed a bug report on an alt as my main was inactive.

I have the same problem,
Not Found
HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.
on anything behind https://support.eveonline.com/
PS. api.eve-online.com / 10.211.70.217
PS2. 24hours passed :), support still down.
