Location: Akkilen, 0.7 system in The Forge region
Both slots and the office are in the same station, Lai Dai.
There are no low sec (less than 0.6) systems to travel through to get there from Yulai or Nonni, its 12 jumps from each of those systems.
Current rental on the lab slots is: 120k Isk
Price: 25mill for the lot. EVEmail in-game or post here.
