well seeing as Sharton posted this was a "private sale" and was only for the amount of 1 isk I doubt he didn't get his money as he claims in the form of isk and prior to that he stated he wanted to give his character away for free (except for a story he likes to tell about him buying an account for real life cash, never implying you could purchase sharton for cash but it was thinly veiled) I can only assume that Sharton was expecting to get some real life cash out of his transfer and if that didn't happen is going to try and get the character banned. Either way this is no longer a character bazaar issue and should either be locked or moved.

YouÆre as stupid as most Eve players. I did get $400.00 cash. The deal was for a thousand but he decided not to send the other $600.00 once I transferred the toon. I have all the emails and the Liberty Reserve information to prove what IÆm saying. Per CCP rules, the account MUST be banned. He and I both violated the EULA. End of story. IÆve already filed a petition.

I just called out exactly what the situation is and I am the stupid one?  The great part is in this scam I don't feel bad for either of you. If anything him because he will be out $400 but serves him right and probably why CCP doesn't like this stuff because now they are going to get sucked into your dumbass drama. They should just sue you for EULA violations i.e. intellectual property rights and make an "example" of you. I am sure there are plenty of attorneys that play eve that would take the case on for free eve 4 life ;-) (are you listening CCP?)

assuming this guy paid you 1 isk what is CCP supposed to do? Because you have a screen shot of some cash transfer? Could be for you selling your ... posterior on the corner. Also a couple of emails?
