Depends on what the ***** is.
If you're making some sort of in-character reference to your pod, or parts of it, no. If you're clearly using a RL insult, yes.

It is doubtful you would get hit with a warning or ban, unless you threatened him in rl. (i.e. I am gonna track your ip, and set your house on fire). That right there is a no-no and will get you in trouble. Telling someone to suck your ***** will not get you in trouble, but it will also likely not stop them from bugging you. Making up insults is related to the Eve term carebear tears, and many of these corps thrive on getting smack from other corps.

No, you wont get banned for that.
Neither will you get banned for telling him to suck the fluid abscess from the pre-****ed diseased **** of a ***** *****, while simultaneously getting a double penetration in the anus by horses with **** coated ********s, who repeatedly **** him until he cums analy.
What you should avoid are racist terms, such as ******, *****, makaka, ******, gringo , etc.
I'm less clear on ***got, gay ***, you would think they'd share equal protection, but in many cases they don't.
Even less clear on ******, ****s and other such terms, i think there are laws in Europe about it.
Also if you repeatedly dog him with convos and mails, you can get a harassment petition sent you way, don't do that.

doubt that you would get banned, they might gag you though, I've never been gagged in game but it supposedly stops you from chatting in public chats.
and of course if they guy laughs it off and doesn't report you or anything ccp really won't care at all.

as long as you do that in private chats its not a real problem. However do not do it in local. I gave someone the finger in local once and I got a warning the next day, bad idea ;)

You won't be banned. If you do it repeatedly, you'll be warned and if you continue after the warning, you'll be temporarily banned most likely.
But look at it from this side: why would you do it? It's Internet spaceship game you are talking about here. Just relax.
