The Cost:
~210 billion
The plan:
Buy a freighter. Buy 90 million megacyte in Jita. Put the mega into the freighter. Get lots of people with remote armor/shield/hull reppers in battleships. Have them hang out outside the station. Undock. Get remote repped, see how many Jita gankers can get CONCORD'd.
Why:
Why not?
Return rate:
ISK: Positive if the freighter survives and the Mega price goes up. Negative if mega price goes down. Really negative if the freighter gets blow'd up.
Lulz: 100,000% daily.
Exit strategy:
Hope freighter doesn't get blown up. Dock up. Sell mega.
Final thought:
You know you want to see Jita gankers get CONCORD'd without them getting stuff.

Suicide gankers effectively rely on alpha - and there's no way to outrep "one-shotted".

I don't think this is true - system sec status (and therefore concord response time) matter and therefore suicide gankers don't rely on one-shotting people.
A well-cycled (well coordinated) logi team might be able to keep you up.
However, I think the rep happens at the end of the mod's cycle, which might be too long for this purpose.
Edit: are you offering full api?

Armor and hull, yes, shield, no. Problem is freighters are mostly hull-tanked, HP-wise.
As for the "investment" plan : LOL.
It would be hilarious to see the vids of the suicide gank attempts (and eventual success) though.

I'd be willing to invest if as a shareholder I get informed a few mins before you undock each time, so I can move a hauler alt next to you and scoop up the wrecks of failed gankers (= profit off meta 1 items!!!)
