My corporation takes pilots of all levels of experience, provided you're willing to provide a Limited API and get involved in things. We have 110 members, 0.0 access near high sec that includes good isk making and crokite ore to mine, as well as frequent roaming pvp operations that you can join. Our members are laid back and relaxed people, and should be able to help advise you in many areas of the game, since we take pilots of all skill levels and professions.

Republic Expeditionary Force is looking for capsuleers who mission for the Minmatar and Gallente Factions. We are also looking for industrialists to help sustain and support our capsuleers.
* Primarily operate in Metropolis & Sinq Laison, with a few capsuleers in nearby regions.
* Friendly People
* Low tax, 6%
Our future plans:
* Have most of our capsuleers capable of doing solo lvl 4 missions.
* Those that can solo lvl 4 missions working towards lvl 5 missions and helping others get to lvl 4 missions.
* Have core group of capsuleers (20-30+) before the winter expansion.
* Doing the new complexes and incursions with the winter expansion.

We are a mixed industrial, mission running, PVP corp. Just broke 50 toons, 40+ real players with a total of 11 alts.
Mostly USTZ. Many current and ex military, but that is not a requirement.
Many of us are 30s,40s. Some even older. Very few teens (I think only 1) as maturity is one of the few things we filter recruits out by (corp history and new account with virtually no activity being the main others).
ALL operations are voluntary. We all have real lives that come first. No manditory ops.
We run regular mining ops with multiple orcas in corp. Multiple freighters as well for hauling for best prices.
Almost every night we have a fleet up blowing through L4s like wind through Kansas.
We do small fleet PVP roams through low sec if that is of any interest to you.
We operate out of both Metro and Heimitar in Minmatar space.
Join MARSOC public channel or EVE Mail corp officers. The corp website says to contact sinjou, but he's been away from the game quite a bit with real life. COntacting one of the other officers would likely be more effective.
