Open character sheet, go to skills tab, rightclic a skill and select "Export and Repackage Skill".
- It will take your learned skill to your hangar in the form of a skillbook again.
- The skillbook will retain the skillpoints and level progression it had at the moment of repackaging.
- Your character's total skillpoint pool will be decreased by the ammount of skillpoints owned by the skill you repackage.
- Repackaged skillbooks belong to a different category of skillbooks: Repackaged. Think of it as you think about BPC and BPO.
- Repackaged skillbooks have the same requisites that the seeded ones for learning/injecting them.
- Repackaged skillbooks can only be traded via contracts.
- Trial accounts cannot repackage skills.
- You must be docked to repackage a skill.
- You must redeem a 30 days PLEX per skill repackage.

The idea of exporting skills points from a character has been suggested before. It got shot down in flames as it allows character farming and allows rich players buy their advancement in the game.
The only way I can see something like this happening is if the skill books are locked to the player so you can reduce the cost of a clone by downloading unnecessary skills. Macrointel, the place were the nature order of the universe does not hold sway. Pirates and ore thief's are congratulated by carebears for the actions. |

Honisty what he/she said. the only time a character should get instant skill points is when ccp has a problem like that server outage a few months back and they give out that much time worth of SP.
that said repacaging your skills into books could still be done , but there just standard books.

Currently at this precise moments, whole characters full of "repackaged" skills are being sold in the official forums. That is skill repackagin but in large scale.

1. get alt, train up learnings for lets say perception/willpower all to 5, get +5 implants 2. train "medium projectile skill to 5" 3. repackage the skill 4. sell it 5. rinse repeat
instant fotm training, you dont care if it will be lasers next month. because you can just switch. another market might be int/mem skills for people that respecced for int/mem. they can easily get their perception/willpower skills.
no consequences from their decisions with the respec. they can just get everything from 2772 sp/hours toons. also the risk/benefit from implants would fully disappear ... why would you train at all on your 0.0 pvp toon? buy ready made skills and be done.
and character bazarr is totally different ... as you cant just add skills from another toon into your current one, unlike you could with this suggestion.
say no to instant FOTM training.

Quoting for failure to comprehend.
What McClever said was,
1. have PvP toon and "Training toon" on same account. 2. Train skills for PvP toon on your "Training toon" 3. trade them to PvP toon
So, if you want to get laz0r skills, you train them on your training toon and transplant to PvP toon. No risk with losing +4s or whatever. Max training speed.
Not supporting proposal.

@OP if you want to do this so badly, just start making alts and selling them. If that's so vastly inferior to your proposal, maybe that has something to do with why it won't be implemented.
Even if repackaging all the character's skills did NOT re-engage the training period timer (for going under 1,600,000 SP), it would still be a bad idea
