Also, try test server. Take forced PvP out of this game, it's as vanilla as a brown paper bag. The only thing that makes it 'hard' is being gimped by someone you can't win against. Crab bucket game, sorry it's just what it is.

The real issue isn't the skill invovled in carriers but more the relivive cost of capitals these days. Eve was more fun when capitals were something special but those days are gone. It'd be nice if CCP could do something to rectify this but it's unlikely. If he had to use his alt and his carrier to get you, then he must have felt you were the better pilot and couldnt handle you in a same sized ship so went the easier less risk way ( yes kinda cheap, but he did earn the rights to use it.. unless it's ebay-- but then he wouldnt have known he could do that lol) There is all types of ways to combat in this game, you need to keep on top of what they are, if you are not prepared to lose the ship you are in ( no matter to what ) DONT go into lo sec or 0.0 lol

Besides, why take AFK PvP away from the cool and the l33t. Its what defines them as no different than the AFK miner in .9 when you look at the reality of the game.
