I was stuck halfway through a 10 part mission- agent hadn't offered me the next part (although she had apparently...just wasn't showing in my journal). I petitioned it, and had it resolved with 15 minutes after a couple questions from GM Stardust. Quite frankly, this is excellent support!!! Thought I'd share that publicly...

i had a "faster than light" petition a few weeks back.
my char got "lost" on the server woulden't load etc etc.
Alltough i could see it logged on and sat next to my alt :P
2 mins later, response,(got moved inside a station first and had to repackage the ship etc, but got mah rigs back a few sec later)
10 more mins and i was back in the right place \o/

Yaay for Stardust!
Rest of CCP, look at Stardust, brofist him/her, put a picture of Stardust next to your screen, if you dont have room for that, tape the picture over the frame with your wife, kids, dog.
Every time you get a topic about saying how awesome you are you can brofist that picture of Stardust, whist saying: "we did it again!"
until then, snipe faster!
