G'day, just a quick question.
I've been doing some research for the last little while, and i'm getting some conflicting research.
Long story short, I'm looking at setting up a few Reaction / Moon mining Pos'.
The conflicting information so far is that some say that you can mine / react in 0.4, and some 0.3 systems. And since the description on the items themselves say 'Restricted to below 0.4 systems'. Now is that inclusive of the 0.4 system? Or only below?

You CANNOT react, nor moon mine, in .4 space. The only thing you can do in .4 space is anchor some labs (and construction arrays) Restricted to below.4 means .3 and less not .4 included. Hope that clarifies it for you.
Players are losing faith and loyalty in CCP due previous expansions not living up to player expectations. The CSM and CCP agreed that expectation management can be improved |

Admittedly, I haven't really looked into this stuff much at all... but is that true sec or displayed?
I.E., in a system with 3.75 true sec which rounds up and displays as .4, can you react?

That would be an interesting piece of rounding.
Suggestion: Remove the "new topic" button from everywhere apart from the list of topics section within a subforum.
That'd save those with chronic hand/eye coordination some face. |
