Firstly you wont be getting a buyout of 20bil tbh, i bought my mini alt with more lvl V's than this toon has for 9.5bil and he's got 36mil SP!!!
Anyhow back to you, my offer is 11bil, i wil nego but by the looks of things not many peeps are interested.
Anyway let me know.

Transaction will be complete was isk is transferred to main.

Elizabeth Norn is completely correct here guys, I've been scammed my ISK is gone and so is the Char. Let it be known that the owner of this character is a character scammer and is not to be trusted in any way.
