Lotto PvP
Basic Idea
Lotto PvP is a series of low-ticket high-chance lotteries (2 to 6 tickets) designed to make your winnings be quicker and the payouts be even quicker. As a joint effort from AtheistOfFail and me, we will be posting the newest "PvP Opportunities" here and running them for quick payouts. For today's launch, we are offering one T1 BC of your choice, one T2 Frigate of your choice, and one promotional T2 Frigate of your choice.

Confirming this is a joint AoF project with Qel'Droma. I hold collateral for the first 3 lotteries and his Full API key. In the highly unlikely case this does not sell anything, I guarantee refunds.
PS: I will post after i have secured the collateral for every lottery.
