Okay, so after countless hours of scouring the interwebs trying to find the font you guys used for the Incursion logo I've given up. So i look to you CCP in all your glory. Please tell me what font you used for the incursion logo! I MUST HAVE IT! Cheers :)

Even Whatthefont! doesn't recognize it after I made black on white text in photoshop from that pic.
Perhaps it isn't a font but a custom job, I could make any text you send me in vector like that font, including 3d look and save it in any format and in any size you like for 25 million isk per different character (which is a bargain for quality work) ^_^
But since you're such a font-'o-holic you are probably pro enough to do that yourself as well.

Some time ago a Developer responding to the complains about readability of the current font replied that CCP is developing a new font for the game, maybe that is what you are seeing.

Yeah I tried whatthefont as well it gave me several similar fonts but nothing as truly epic as that one. To be honest though if that were the new in game font it would get old far to quickly. I think what I like about that font is the fact that I can't get it!
If that makes any sense... LOL

what if they made the letters themselves and didn't do something as simple as scroll through different fonts.

I could've sworn I had seen the font before, but even after scrolling through about 150 pages of fonts on dafont.com I couldn't find it.

In that case an actual text font was meant, not a title font. That doesn't exclude the possibility of a custom made title font.

Did it ever occur to you it may not be a font, that someone may have actually taken the time to draw text?

Anyway. If you guys aren't trolling, I did think about that possibility but was hanging on the hope that maybe it's not custom. On top of that I was sure i had seen a font like that before like Aineko said. (By the way, thanks for trying. I did the same thing to no avail.)

Ha! No self-respecting designer doing something professional is ever going to use any of the junk on dafont.com... or any public free font site. Pro designers will have access to the big professional libraries from Adobe, Bitstream, Linotype and all the others.
You can get many of them via torrents if you want to steal them, but even then it's pretty tough actually searching the libraries visually for stuff you just see somewhere.
Besides, if it's just a title font, it's almost certain they will have tweaked some parts or even drawn from scratch - you'd be surprised how easily a pro designer can vector up a short title font, and some of them do it just for the fun anyway.
If there's big paragraphs of text in the same font, then it will obviously be a real pro font but like I said, highly unlikely to be in the public domain.
If you just want to make a title with it, find the closest thing you can for free, then work on it in AI or PS as a plain vector and see if that gets you anywhere.
