J have flown passive Drake (no t2 launchers) and sometimes Caracal (plexes restricted to cruiser) and after losing some ships i have a problem:
or i do something wrong or making epic and cosmos in Drake is impossible?
I especially lose ships in restrictes plexes or accesible with keys/ one time use items
in epic arce i have much fun with killing one mln bounty battleships doing first missions but is possible do ALL ?

For cosmos it depends, i think up to level 3 and most l4 cosmos missions you'll be fine (most still include courier missions).
The L4 epic arc is intended for BS or equivalent dps/tank (T3 f.i.). It could be possible in a well tanked drake.
btw. you know most Cosmos mission items are available via contracts? If you absolutely can't finish the mission, just buy them.

Well i have only done amarr cosmos but other than the final mission of the low-sec cosmos agent (which really needs logistics support as it throws out 1500 dps plus) there is nothing a t2 passive drake can't tank. The only issue is that sometimes the difficulty of a cosmos mission doesn't correspond to the agents level and can be a surprise.

I must doing it wrong (I lost few Drakes) then ... I must go to tank not damage.
I will try 2 missions with one time use key but hope You have right.

Not entirely true, but you can run any level 4 just fine as long as you know what you're doing.

Course this doesn't take into account what skills you have either. Make sure that you are using T2 resists on your drake
