He doesn't mean 'turn on autopilot and walk away' he means 'start the warp to the gate, turn on the autopilot, wait for it to jump, then turn it off again.'

I have horror when i warp to mission with my 4 account character and all stuck, this make me sick, every day i waste a lot time to change distance betwen gate and place where finaly im abble to jump

Fantastic Idea.
Warp to 0 destroyed a lot of PVP opportunities. Sure, lots of them were ganks, but some of them were not. Running down HACs and BCs in an inty used to be awesome, now I need a rigged inty to go 21 AU/s to be able to catch someone with a 1 jump head start.
I say this: -warp to 10 in Empire. Warp to 15 in Low Sec. Warp to 20 in Null. -Allow an upgrade to sov held systems that reduces Warp to range in systems with the upgrade. This will give Home Defenders a chance to get to the gate before the enemy and setup for a fight. -Disallow bookmarks within a 100 KM radius of the gate. This eliminates the WTZ bookmarks that used to clog the server but still allows for snipe points and strategic BMs.

My frustration with what Ive written here spawned from the fact that they REMOVED many, many kick out stations from low sec a few patches ago... so if CCP was going to play it that way (e.g. no more kick out) then at least fix warp to 0 on stations, and accel gates.

The warp to 0 thing isn't really a big issue, but the physical acceleration gates is a bigger issue.
I can't do any missions at all because any time an acceleration gate is rendered it causes my graphics card to lock up. Yes, i'm running the most up to date drivers.. it always happens, especially when rotating the screen with an acceleration gate in sight.
I've thought this might be related to a design flaw with the gate itself.. maybe there's a primitive collision on the model causing some havoc? Something is wrong with only acceleration gates that breaks my graphics card, and it's bad.

They should remove the collision bubbles on the accel gates and it'll fix that annoyance. As for gates and stations ... that is not nearly as annoying as accel gates, at least for gates and stations I can plan ahead if I am in familiar territory.

I really don't see anything wrong with warp to 0 on stations and gates as it currently stands. In all honesty I miss the times before warp to 0 because eve just seemed bigger when it took longer to travel. Then again we did have our thousands of bm's to creatively get around the warp distance restrictions.
I was still purely a mission runner at the time that they added warp to 0, yet was against the change for various reasons. One of which included the fact that I liked being paranoid and having to look over my shoulder while crawling the last 15km towards the gate.
Accel gates are another matter entirely and I have had multiple situations where even manual flying woulnd't get me off the gate. I kept bouncing while being snagged and tried both the stop ship command as we'll as manually trying to change direction. For at least 3 minutes it just kept telling me "you can't do that while in warp". Eventually I was unsnagged and my ship entered the warp bubble. Was annoying to say the least.

àit works for them as well ù it's just that the "activation" range (i.e. docking) is 500m rather than the full 2,500m for gates. Warp-to-zero is actually more like warp-to-somewhere-in-a-2500m-sphere. You can try it out yourself, get your corpies in pods and let them warp to someone. It forms a pretty nice bubble around him.
If you're in a large ship and you land in a bad spot in that 2500m sphere then your inertia might either carry you outside 2500 meters or you might bump the target. Either way, a nightmare.
