A bump is a very delicate thing...if done to harsh..its a shove...
Pirate's dont usually worry about such stuff but when your trying to bump a capital away from the Pos shields...the direction of your bump is all important..
So here goes my best bump........

We took out an AHAC gang yesterday with another pirate corporation/alliance. After several fairly standard ganks etc., we found ourselves titan-bridged by Dark-Rising on a stargate. Despite the numbers fielded against us, we steadily chipped through them without a single loss, eventually finding us with only their triage Chimera left on the field.
Working our way through it, at 1/3 shields they warped a Devoter back to the gate, lit another cyno and 5-6 more Carriers came in, immediately repping their buddy up. With us not having enough DPS to break them, we successfully deagressed and disengaged with no losses. Battle report can be found here. As we lost nothing, their full side is not shown - 2 more HICs, 2-3 more Battleships + 2 Guardians (1 of which got tackled by a neutral Dramiel on the other side of the gate long enough for the gate guns to kill him) and of course their 6-7 Carriers.
