There will be a total of 1050 tickets @ 25m isk each.
The winners will be determined using 'Chribba's Dice' and can be confirmed *here*
The lottery will end when the last ticket is sold
The first place winner will be ineligible for any other main prize (excluding bonus prizes). All other winners can win multiple prizes (assuming of course that they have mulitple tickets)
Purchasing Tickets:
To purchase a ticket you send the amount of tickets you want x 25m isk to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason Freki1. Tickets are tracked automatically and numbers are assigned randomly. You can find your ticket numbers and/or track the lotteries progress *here*. The system may take up to 2 hours to update after the isk has been sent. If your tickets still do not show after this time, feel free to contact me and we can look into it.
Therefore:
If you want one ticket, send 25,000,000 ISK to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason Freki1
If you want two tickets, send 50,000,000 ISK to the Corporation Blake Lotto Holdings with the reason Freki1
and so forth

'Bump' bonus draw details:
1) Each draw will result in a random number between 1 and 1050
2) Draws will be unlocked one at a time between 2 and 24 hours after each 100 tickets sold, or at the time of the Main Lotto draw, whichever comes first.
3) The dice rolls have been made and locked (links listed below)
4) In order to be eligible to win a bonus prize the holder of the (potential) winning ticket number must have posted in this thread confirming thier ticket purchase before the draw has been unlocked
5) In the event that the holder of the potential wining ticket has not posted, the dice will be re-rolled, locked for 24 hours and a new ticket number chosen.(this process will be repeated until a valid winner is chosen)
6)If the ticket number rolled has not yet been purchased then it will be an 'instant win' for the player that eventually gets that ticket. All they have to do is post here upon recieving the number to claim thier prize.

'High Roller' bonus details:
Every pilot holding 10 tickets or more when the main lotto is filled will be entered into the 'High Roller' bonus draw.
1)Qualified ticket holders will also recieve one additional entry per five tickets purchased beyond 10.(thus, 10 tickets = 1 entry, 15 tickets = 2 entrys, 20 tickets = 3 entrys etc)
2)Due to the unknown number of entries allowed in this draw, the dice will be rolled when the main draw is filled, then locked for one hour before being revield so that people have time to view and confirm it is a valid roll
3)Ticket numbers will be assigned in an unedited post in this thread as players qualify.
The Prize for this bonus draw will be 1 Orca Capital industrial ship.

I suspect TZ/RL My last mail from him was around 0930(eve)this morning, but I was asleep then(thats like 4am my local time) and he had logged before I posted the thread. I sent him a link right after the post went up, so Im sure he will get here when he can.
I also suspect that sales will pick up once he makes it here to post as (justifiably) many people will wait for his confirmation before buying in.
