well, from an outsiders standpoint. it was a collaboration between players and isd and devs to keep the game community informed of upcoming changes and features. usually held in the form of a closed channel irc where questions are fed to the dev's to answer and talk with players.
lot's of fun. if they pop back up, keep an eye out for them!

It was a kind of Dev chat held once a week (tuedays?) at which a group of 12 players, made up of ppl from some large/med/small corps plus random types from news sites could put questions to the devs.
Once u sifted though the 'As a Dev whats your fav. colour?' type questions, I remember it as being a useful source of information, for both players and devs. |

Some sort of meeting with Developers and the Players of the game.
The players were free to submit questions to a moderator which was appointed by the host of the CSM. 99% of the questions were making no sense and the 1% that did was ignorered or misinterpreted by the Developers. In the end we got a whole lot of promises and not much else.

Might add there have been two forms of CSM in place so far. I wouldn't say no to a third installation IF the Developers actually manage to hold their promises about fixes and new stuff announced to be coming soonÖ.
