I've heard some older PvPers complain about how expensive it gets to be pod killed if you have a high SP clone. I can understand this, and how it demotes training your char over a certain level if you want to PvP.
So what if we had a sort of "War" jump clone that is a lot cheaper to replace, say half or a quarter of what a normal clone would cost? Their training time would be reduced to half though (these war clones aren't too bright you know, but they're good at getting killed).

Personally I don't have any problems with the cost, I'm not even PvPing, and my SP isn't that fantastic. But just because you have high SP doesn't mean you have a lot of money.
When you get to the clone grade Chi each podding will cost you 90 mil. That's a battleship. If you're a pvper that spends as much money on ships as you get in from grinding pve having to pay for your current ship + 90 mil each time you get killed must be a major bummer.

Then use that alt to pvp in caps if thats an issue to you. It's just like people over 30 who work as janitors or do other crappy jobs - their own fault.

yes the clone wars were a bad time for the jedi, after receiving the signal from darth the clones turned on their jedi masters and nearly killed them all, we must all beware of the clones

These are not the clones you are looking for.

As eve has devesified over the years I feel more restrained by clone's (number and cost) so adding more would be welcome, I think it would be better to introduce an advanced imfomorph phychology (x5-x8) adding one extra clone per level. I like the idea of war clones, but I would perfer it to be a change made at medial services (activated at next downtime)
