With almost half the factory slots free and at the cost of 9mil per 3 days to rent. Does this sound the end of "ship buying" or "t2 buying" in the most central of eve hubs?
Ofc Yulai relies mostly on imports anyway, but ships are big, time consuming items to shift.
And ofc Yulai is still almost central to the highway, hell it is the highway. But overtime what will happen?

I still see a tonn of indies in Yuali. Every gate is littered with them. All these indies have to bring stuff in some how. I am not sure if they bring enough to build BS by the dozen, but then again, why would you build lots of BS in Yulai where there is no close source to mineral supplies, other than imported kind.

Less people will manufacture on site in yulai, preferring to import from other cheaper solar systems. Therefore leaving lots of factory slots free. Due to this, the pricing system will begin to lower the prices as none are in use. People will start to use them excessively again, price goes up. Rinse and repeat.
