CCP probably should have done this before having to go through so much hate to introduce PLEX for Neural Remaps.
I'll try to estimate how much extra cashflow CCP will get from the results, so please be honest!
So here goes:
1) Do you currently want to have a Neural Remap?
2) If you do, would you buy a PLEX (With RL cash or just buying it for isk off the market) to change it immediately?
3) If you would buy PLEXs for Neural Remaps, how often do you think you would do so?
And one extra question:
4) What is your in-game profession?
(Might be interesting to see whether certain professions are more likely to use PLEX for Remaps)

1: yes at it is now 1change per year free
2: nope, spent nearly 6 years without need of it with an old civire merc attributes and only changed stats for a balanced status so all skills take similar time, if i ever go for the more carebearing ones (industrialism, science)

4: mostly pvping with some explo and missioning open to do almost everything unless minning....

Not right now, no.

IF I really wanted one, yes. But I'd need to make it really worthwhile (like using EvEMon to calculate the best attributes for my skill plan and the attributes it pumps out are significantly different (+5 difference for the primary & secondary attribute at LEAST)

Not very, like I said, In order for me to do a PLEX re map, I would require my entire skill plans primary & secondary attributes to change by at least 5+.

I would use ISK and purchase it from the market and yes, I'd buy it now.

As often as I switched long skills and the attributes didn't align with the skill (20 days or longer).

I have many, my income comes from Ratting and Manufacturing:
POS Manager.
PI.
Fleet Commander (crappy one at that).

I'll buy plex with ISK, ISK is ten times easier to get than SP, which is the only (very narrow) bottleneck to progressing in EVE.

Probably a few (2-3) times a year next to the regular one.

Miner, manufacturer, trader, missioner, wormhole explorer, I'm quite a new player so I'd like to optimize my training and to correct a remapping mistake on one of my characters.

3) just once, total is all I expect. If I was a newer player, likely an extra twice more
4) pvp, low sec
Even as a 1.5 year player, I feel a huge sp gap between myself and the veterans. I believe remaps can help me close that gap within the certain specialties of pvp ship I've chosen. This game is brutal on new players. Ideally, there would be a non-cash (or space cash) means of having new players or newer players not feel outclassed on the ships of the line (battleships, HACs, t2).

Depends on how fickle I am with skill training now that I am given the option. That said, I doubt i'd use it more than a few times a year.

Main is a fleet monkey pvp'er. I have several alts, but I would not waste plex or $ optomizing them. They are my PI and indy slaves with no purpose but to power my deathstar.

As often as needed. I setup a year-long training plan on one character earlier this year mostly for industry and then, this is EvE, things changed and I moved that character away from industry and more towards combat which invalidated the attribute map. So here I am, 7 months on and 5 months from my next 'free' remap yet it's taking me way longer to train that I am happy with. Why wouldn't I put a plex towards 'righting' things? However, I have NO desire to be changing my attributes regularly.

Why? It's nothing new, people will rant and rage and then bend over and pony up for a PLEX every time they start training skills with different attributes. Just like they're buying +5 implants right now.

Why? It's not like you're getting any part of that flow. I'd rather estimate how much cash they will lose on the first-person sillyness they're trying to hype up, and how soon they will go under once it fails to return profit due to not having any particularly defined target audience.

Not really. I'm minmax-remapped for over a year worth of skills, and I'm less than a year away from the free remap (unless CCP takes that out of course).
However, I do not envy the new characters. They always feel they must minmax their training because they are already years behind, so they will probably remap every week or so to match the attributes they're training for, or just make huge plans of same-attribute skills and just go afg for a few months at a time (all while neglecting to properly train learning skills of course).
Then by the time they're skilled enough to start doing something properly (about half a year into the game), they'll get fed up with this crap and quit.

I'm not in any particular hurry to train any particular skill right now, and I already have more PLEX than I need for any remaps I may want in any foreseeable future. So no, not really.

Myself, I already have pretty much all the core support skills I want. I'd remap to Mem/Perc for Drone Interfacing 5 and Heavy Drones 5, then to Cha/Will for some leadership/gang boost skills, then to Will/Perc to get a few T2 Spaceship Command skills to 5, then back to Perc/Will. So that's like what, around once every four months for the first year, and not terribly often after that.

Yes, I really screwed up my first remaps and don't have another one for a bit.

I'd be very tempted to buy one off the market. Isk isn't really an issue and I'd really like to be able to train something besides leadership skills at a decent rate of sp/hr.

Yes it is. This is the first time we've been able to pay CCP in order not to be affected by a game mechanic.
As such, I'm going to use it as often as possible ù not having to worry about attributes will be great for us older characters. It's a bit sad for the newcomers, though, since they'll now have even more reason to feel like they can't "catch up".
