where do i report problems with an isd member. i was rudly treated and insulted personly by there responses and actions , and false accusations, they banned me from both help and rookie for a period becuase i asked where the ccp billing tech support number was?(they used to have one to deal with account issues)
i was asscused of copying msg that are private all i see was give out the info nor exact name not gm from not dev, jsut that they told me to contact the seller. witch is why i asked for the number in the first place.
(sorry for the mispell's but this isd person was very insulting and rude im still upset by there actions and responses)

Afaik, ISD's are not employed by CCP, so I assume a petition should do the trick.

sof ar the petiton system is prioveing useless for my needs it takes them days to respond to simple things like why i havent received my char. or to respond at all i have a friend who has about 18 open petitoons till no response from the last eyar of him playing.
so idk what there doing but if its then its it.....
i mean accusieng me of something is one thing but without proof how can they act?
(i think its becuase they didnt want to hear me, i been getting the same response on irc .but either way i thought there were rules to being a isd being respectful and such.)
(srry agian that isd person was jsut so rude and insulting im still peeved...)

ISD isnt an employee of CCP IN ANY WAY!
I think you should be able to post ANYTHING with the ****head you are talking about...
I happily await you to post what we all want to see...

ISD are Volunteers. They are people that play eve that decide they would also like to help do stuff for CCP in-game on the forums.. Stuff...
You can e-mail CCP but I think those get lost and take even longer than petitions.

1) As noted ISD are not CCP employees. They are volunteers.
2) CCP has a general policy against posting GM communications. That would include posting them in the help channels as well as the forums. If you were posting GM responses in the help channel, they would likely have asked you to stop.
3) CCP does not have a any type of tech support number. Their only means of support is the petition system.

I know what you mean.I left help chat because of one.There was this guy trolling help,and I mean like every once a minute some stupid comment,obviously a troll alt.So I tell this guy to shut up and the ISD tells me to stop trolling.
Mind you I take the help chat seriously and try to help new people.I even took some new guy in my corp and spent days showing him the game because he didnt know up from down.I can assure you he was about to quit.Now he has goals and is making isk and skilling up.
Anyway,it got me so ****ed that I left help and Im not going back.
Wish I could remember the ISD's name.

If you have any concerns about the actions of an ISD volunteer, please submit a petition under Other Issues->Volunteer Program and the GMs will look into it for you.

The recruitment process for ISD varies between the individual divisions but typically after the application has been reviewed and approved, there's an interview at minimum.
In IC for example. we have an initial interview (to get to know the candidate better) and then a role-play test where the candidate interviews two of our guys who are acting as fictional CEOs of two corps that are fighting in a war.
Upon passing these tests, there's an NDA and Terms of Play to sign and send in but that's it.
Ther are a hundred and something people in ISD at the moment and we're taking on people all the time - by all means, if you want to give something back to the EVE community then look over the divisions, pick one that you think you'll be good for and apply away!
