Neutrons, Null, 44km falloff, and about 900 dps.
Now go forth and practice. You'll have about 3 mins of cap life without a rediuclously expensive setup so you better learn those mission triggers well.
PS. Make sure to cross train minmatar and artillery so you can assplode smug CNR pilots who tell you that you picked the wrong ship/weapon system.

I agree with the recommendation to cross-train into minmatar and projectiles. That way you wouldn't have to mission with your crappy blaster setup anymore.

It's actually not too bad at angels who orbit well within falloff. Guristas give it a hard time, but you're talking about a rokh. Killing anything with it is an accomplishment in and of itself.
