You're on track to be number 30, so the discount will be given if you setup your contract soon enough.

Edit - It's a relatively safe situation.
NPC stations only. Since someone could arbitrarily revoke docking rights at a player station, I can't imgaine how it could work.

I can detail it to you shortly if you'll be on awhile and you'll see it's safer then most situations. From there you can either take it or leave it but I think it's as risky as an npc corp given the current owner.
Edit - And I'll see if I can arrange things with the owners if it seems worth pursuing.

though really the null pricing seems to be a bit high, if it was more like 75m i'm sure you'd get a lot more customers :) especially if it's a single jump distance from empire

The price applies to all nosec-->hisec and hisec-->nosec trips, regardless of whether its 1, 2, or 3 jumps to get from the pickup to the delivery and it covers all hisec travel as well. Its an all inclusive flat rate.

That's just exactly my point. Why should a 1 jump trip have to cost as much as a 3 jump trip? You save fuel and considerable time by only doing a single jump... Are there any plans for your corp to have a fee scale based on distance, and especially on jump number, in the same way that RFF charge based on distance? This would be both logical, and better for nearby-er customers... because at 95m, you're not even the cheapest nosec couriers around (though I won't name names in your thread but I'm sure you have a good idea of it anyway... RFF linked to them before setting up BFF)

A recent situation left me with a hangar full of frig-class T2 ships in losec and no easy way to move them.

You pay only for the trip from the pickup station to the delivery station, wherever that might be. Everything else is our problem, not yours.

I've got a question for you:
Say I have packages A, B and C in stations D, E and F in lowsec system X and I also have package G in highsec system Y 2 jumps from X and I'd like delivery in highsec system Z which is not contiguous with Y. You are able to jump from Y to contiguous highsec, which will eventually take you to Z. What would be the fee?

Just wanted to take a moment to express some disapointment in this company that for the most part has had people saying how impressive and professional it is. I'm not flying off the hook and swearing to never use you guys but I'm certainly going to look for other options.
On the 22nd I made an investment that I knew would require calling in a favor to transport or hiring a shipping agent such as yourself. I decided that rather than trouble a friend to move my goods I would wait the week till you were off holiday on the 28th as you had advertised and hire you.
So as the 28th rolls around I sort and pack my good, create and post my contract before relaxing knowing that I should have no problem still selling my goods. Later that day I log on to find that on the day when deliveries were scheduled to continue we get updated with another two weeks of holiday. I for one am very disapointed by this, if I had known it was going to be three weeks before deliveries would start I would have called in a favor or hired outside help.
Now I am stuck with my items up on a contract that I may as well cancel and eat my losses of time and isk. Just wanted to take a moment to express my disapointment, hope I am alone in this situation although I suspect I am not.

The reason Black Frog can offer high collateral is because jump freighters have much higher effective hitpoints than regular freighters. Red Frog's maximum collateral of 1B ensures that they cannot be profitably attacked in hisec.

Please note that while our 0.0 service is officially on holiday until January 10, our losec service is continuing at full speed ahead. We are still managing to complete the occasional 0.0 contract despite the holiday slowdown, so if you do have 0.0 contracts, feel free to put them up (preferaably with 14 days to accept, so that they don't expire until after our Jan 10 holiday period concludes).
