I'm running on nvidia 197 drivers with nhancer 2.5.7. I actually started with nhancer 2.5.9 but was having the same problem with it (not forcing AA), so I uninstalled that and went back to my previous install of 2.5.7.
It doesn't matter what settings I'm using nhancer simply will not force AA. I'm sure I'm probably missing something, but I think i've been looking at it for so long now I'm never going to see it.
Currently I have the following settings: AA x16S combined AF x16 Supertrans AA Texture Filter High Quality Triliniar Opt Off Ansio Sample Opt Off Neg LOD Clamped
I've gone through the different AA settings and no settings seem to make any difference. I have created a new profile for EVE instead of using the predefined one that nhancer populated on first start up, and I did remove the .exe from the predefined one as well.
Its almost like the nvidia control panel is still controlling my card settings. I'm half tempted to uninstall the nvidia control panel even though I've never had to in the past.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I've never had trouble with nhancer before but I'm at a lose for what I'm missing.

Here is the answer for all your problems :) I've followed those 2 topics and it works without any problem.

You can install the latest drivers so long as you use a different tool to do the tweaking. What I've switched to is a tool called Nvidia Inspector which, like nHancer, edits the settings file that the driver gets its settings from. Unlike nHancer, though, it works fine with the latest drivers.

Once you run the tool, the setting you want to change for the Eve Online profile is "Antialiasing compatibility". You want to set that to 0xF0000045.
Have fun
