Every decent player in EVE knows that you need 1 falcon for every 5 members of your gang to have proper composition. This is just a great example of Genos not using the tools needed to be successful at this game. Maybe if they looked "outside the box" to understand better strategies that Hera uses like Falcons they would have a better K:D ratio!

Seriously I don't even know why I need to tell you guys this, it's BASIC understanding of the game.

Who cares if the gang took some losses to kill a guy that's normal. We use this tactic quite often and it's obvious that it works BECAUSE HERA IS #1 AND EL'TAR IS NOT!

I disagree, and a lot of this comes from my background in the infantry. For the US Army, the philosophy is that you don't strike without 3-to-1 odds on whatever your target is, and if it's less than that, you withdraw until you can decide your battlefield better. Then again, the Army is set up for engagements and campaigns that last years at a time, and we're accustomed to browbeating the enemy with pure long-term attrition. Our Marines, on the other hand, favor the more direct, in-your-face approach. Their mission is to take the initial "beachhead" with speed and violence of action, and casualties are a distant second of a concern. They aren't set up to maintain for years at a time, but they do know to get a job done. And once they do, we come in behind and dig our trenches, so to speak. It really comes down to what philosophy (and what overall mission) you hold for your operations in EVE. I favor striking hard at soft targets of opportunity and withdrawing quickly when reinforcements arrive, but there are situations that require fighting to the last man. Just something to think about.

Fixed that. I also believe in the "try to get the upper hand in all fights in any way you can and gtfo when things seem to go bad" philosophy though. Actually being able to get any advantage over your opponent is a big part of the skills and knowledge you need in EVE to do well in pvp. For fair fights you can always duel someone. ~~Recruiting!~~
