Hello. I am deciding to train to lev 5 my large rpjectiles or rather to go for t3-loki. I would use it for lev 4 missions. What do you guys sugesst me on decision ? Is loki really good for it or is just small staber which is pimp a bit ?

I didn't fly the Loki self but I can tell from my own experiences that even the PvE monster Tengu cannot compete with Marauders and Faction BSs.
But what matters more is your motivation for lvl4 missions. Is it max ISK per time go for the Vargur or Mach with good skilled large guns. If you want to have fun and zip around in missions I guess the Loki could be an option. I've much more fun with my Tengu compared with a CNR for instance.
But then...fun is subjective ^^ If you like to one-volley frigs @80km: BS class for sure.

Loki can have an insane tank but will not match the damage output of a BS. |

Lets say i live in 0.0 with some campers around and want to have nice claocky ship and be able to do lev 4

Switch out kinetic hardener for invul or whatever rat specific resist you need. Cap stable, your tank is primarily sig/speed. 439 paper DPS, reaches 23km with T1 ammo and 35km with Barrage. Unprobable by even a maxed skilled, scan implanted, bonused ship flying prober. Sig radius 97.5, sensor strength 105.3 right on the money for unprobable.
Sig-reducing implants might be something to consider, but I don't know about those.
If you're good and have your bounces and tacticals set up, you might be able to get away with swapping the Interdiction Nullifier for a different sub and using the extra low to improve your DPS.
