Minimum Requirements
Mining 5
Exhumers 5
Mining Barge 5
Arkonor Processing 4*
Bistot Processing 4*
Crokite Processing 4*
Decent learning skills (4/5 or 4/4)
*Not required, but would be amazing to have. If no processing skills, then some decent refining skills would be very nice.
Post on here with offers of characters or message me in game.
Rifters are just big bullets.
Sometimes I equip autocannons to them so I can shoot stuff.
Sometimes I even bring ammo for my autocannons. |

Thanks guys, very nice characters, I might skip on Salvatoreh, a little more than I'm looking for ;D I'll keep an eye on Skeleton Witch though.

Okay, I'll add a note that I don't want to spend much more than two billion isk, so as lovely as all these characters are, I simply don't have the isk for them!

Asking for all of this and only offering 2bil will be hard to do. UNLESS, you would consider a character with a negative balance. I have a character for sale for 2bil if you are interested. This character has a negative balance, but can still do everything that is needed of a miner alt. As you can see, she has excellent Industrial,learning, and Spaceship command skills.
If not, then consider this a free bump and good luck!

Aye, I figured I'd be pushing it to get a character for that much, for 2 bil, but I figured I might as well try ;D
And as amazing as that character is, I'm not willing to pay effectively 32billion isk for it ;D
