The titans usually respond a lot faster then forming up another two fleets of drakes.
That is as long as they're already logged in (shooting structures probably) and there's a cyno (always have a cyno ship in your drake fleet, just in case).

Personally, my favorite FC moment was when Plunder (or Tipia) jumped a frigate fleet into the poisonous cloud that instapopped everyone. Too funny!

Two different things here. One: some alliances do pay fc's in isk. No big deal.
Two: there's always been rumours of some alliances who sell isk for money paying there fc's. The most notorious one was in 2010/11 when it was said one of the DRF alliances was paying fc's in money. This was when RMT and botting was ignored by CCP so it could be true. |

That it isn't ignored doesn't matter. If people are doing it, obviously they aren't very scared of Screegs. And after trying to talk to him about botting, I wouldn't be very scared of him either.
