No Darth, No Celes, its not what Insrg was and never will be, and much like kid asked, who are you? don't remember ever seeing you in Insrg, let what was great fun and remembered well stay that way.

youll never know who this is lol this is only a alt btw no need to know who my main is but insurgency will come back in full force and it will last with or without celes

So you were in the alliance for less than 2 months, appear to have jumped ship when the going got rough, had absolutely nothing to do with leading the alliance, and now suddenly 2 years later you decide that you're gonna highjack the name, act as if you matter the least bit in the alliance whatsoever the first time around, and make a recruitment thread with an alt.

You can take the alliance name and add a fullstop all you want, but it was the people and the leadership that made Insurgency as great as it was, not fotm, fair-weather ***gots who've averaged 4 kills a month over their entire eve career.
GL with your standard, ordinary alliance, which, if you actually have the patience for it, you will cram full of 1000 bads and farm some rented space as a pet of some NAPfest or another.

CELES?
Corp 1?
Littlest Hobos?
Helios?
Eve Defense?
Game-Over?
Or is it going to just be an Imitation of Insurgency since without the above you don't have a reforming.
