Hi,
You mention that you have tried 3 different internet connections and also that you can't connect from any of the connections on campus. Could it be that your campus connection is blocking you from Eve Online?
When you went to your brothers house, did you bring your computer there?
I would suggest starting by checking if the problem is with your machine or your internet connection. Physically move your computer (easier if you have a laptop) to your brothers house (or any other place outside your campus) and see if your machine can connect there. If you only have the problem on your campus, then chances are that it is your campus blocking Eve Online on their network.
If it is not blocked on your campus and other computers connected to the campus network can access Eve Online, then you need to figure out what is wrong on your machine. The things you have listed seems to be pretty much what I would have suggested, so I don't have any other suggestions than trying to do it again.

When did this change happen ... and did anything happen to your computer that day or the day before? Things don't just stop working one day for no reason, and this problem is likely not with EVE -- it's probably your internet provider or router or something like that. ----- Ambush. Hit and run. Gank before tank. Speed is life. |
