I find sitting in high-sec in a boosted cane or similar, one shotting pods at gates that are on autopilot to be a highly amusing pastime :)
The ratting grind to get the sec status back to do it again isn't as much fun :P

EvE is like making a cake. You have a bunch of ingredients with various properties on the counter and, with a little careful thought and some elbow grease, you can produce an orgasm.
Fun is other people and achieving success in the game activities by working with other people cooperatively.
Everything else is rather dull and pointless tbh.

I sometimes go to noob systems and offer shiny stuff to new players by dropping a can in front of them. I kill and pod the fools that take something. You'd be surprised how many haven't upgraded their clone.

I think I enjoy making money, it's pretty disturbing actually. I rat in 0.0 just to watch my money grow beyond what I actually need, it'd probably be more efficient trading or something but I do like the explosions as well.
I know my friend has a thing for finding people in lowsec, not even the actual fighting, just the possibility of finding someone. Going on roams with him drives you crazy, he's so excited after 2 hours of empty systems, it's crazy.

A lot of things come to mind, but one of the things I enjoy is sneaking into deep space and do some ratting, or just exploring. Its fun to avoid other players. You get to feel the hide and seek feel from the time you where kid!

Piracy. Used to do all the carebear stuff like most people and kept getting burned out. I still do to some degree, but I'm having much more fun hunting other players.

Enjoy your ban.
Quote: An example of grief play would be the so called "Can baiting" in starter systems. An experienced player drops a cargo container with some items in front of a station in a starter system and waits for a new player to take from it. The new player is flagged and promptly attacked and killed by the owner of the container. Doing the same in starter tutorial complexes is also considered grief play and will not be tolerated.

I jump into occupied wormholes and see if I can get the people inside to leave purely by playing mindgames with them.
The "Accidental Local Miss-tell" works quite well more often than you'd think. When I'm not doing that I try to see how many stupid things I can do with an Orca. ______________________________________________

"Starter systems" = 1.0 security space, generally with only one station with the word "school" in the name, and agents that offer the profession-training quests.
"noob system" = a system with a large population of young players, usually near starter systems on the map, in high sec and/or full of low-level agents or parts of the starter epic mission.
There's a difference. Duripant is a starter system, Arnon is a noob system. In the former, there is no can baiting and it's bannable. In the latter, there are so many damned yellow cans by every undock point that yellow squares completely obscure the graphics.
So, basically, it would be good to know something about the game's rules before accusing someone of violating them. ---

I'd have to say PI. After all, most of us play games for fun, and I seem to spend most of my time these days doing PI, so it must be fun !
When not doing PI, I like to.......to.......to......hmmmm. Seems I don't have much time to do anything else. Bugger. Got to go clickity-click-click my extractors again, then move goo and P1/2/3 stuff around. Then maybe I'll have time to........to........ahh never mind. 37 more colonies to go. I'm having fun now !
