I have been seeing alot about unscannable T3's, but what is the property that makes this possible? |

Any ship with a high sensor strength in comparison with its signature radius will be harder to scan down. I can't remember if it's sensor strength / 1.08 that must be higher than your signature radius or if it's the other way around, but I suppose someone else can answer that in detail.
If your sensor strength is 75 and your signature radius is 65, then you cannot be found no matter what ship/pilot is trying to scan you down.

If (Sig Radius * 1.08 < Sensor Strength) you are unprobable :)
Easy to do with T3 and Logistics, a bit harder to do with other ships but not totally impossible.
The more posts about this increases the chances that CCP will nerf it, no ship should be impossible to find!

Being in station would also make your ship unprobably/scannable/killable
