As Subject title says
I would like to purchase a Gallente/Amarr Carrier toon must have ok name
NO WASTED SKILLS ie mining building all that rubbish
Fighters lvl4, Heavy/Sentry drones lvl5, All jumps skills lvl4, Capital support skills lvl4
Any skills on lvl5 is a bonus
It would also be nice if the toon has some passive isk income ie RP's but tbh i aint to bothered
and a decent standing with Gall/Min again not over bothered but not below -2

budget 10bill isk at a push maybe 12bill isk

Its a nice ratting thanatos pilot. Its short in a few areas compared to what your looking for, but I am willing to part with him for 9b and not an isk less.
I will be checking this thread a few times a day so say something if your interested.
