I'm a little bit ... let's say angry, for the moment ...
It's now 30 hours since I started a petition about my pos-tower moving around in WH space leaving all my modules bare 150 km away from it - with a second not so friendly corp around.
The last time I'd used the petition system it took around 3! day's to get a response ! So what's the matter with the support system ? Are there that much open topics or are the support teams working only monday to friday from 8am to 4pm ?
I'm sitting here with my whole corp and can do nothing even don't dare to do something...
No I'm not longer angry, I'm p**... 
Sorry for the grumble but I had at least to write it down.

You be lucky you're not that pilot that was chasing his Corp Hangar(?) which was heading away form the POS at 1.5km/s...

Thanks for the imagry, i can just picture a raven or something chasing a corp hangar around.

Actually 30hour is good response time, depending on load it can be much longer ....

If the modules moved with it, you'd have the only true 'Death Star' in the game.
That being said, this has to be the best bug since the dancing POSs.

Certain categories get a fast response, like harassment. On the other hand, I think corporate petitions get mailed from Iceland to London and back before they get read. I'm at 48 hours on a corporate petition atm.
My last corporate petition NEVER got resolved even after a GM said he would fix it. I even reopened it twice after the GM said he would fix it and it never got resolved. Why say your going to fix a problem then log off without doing ****? I gave up on ever recovering those BPO's, when they didn't answer the petition again after lying and claiming they would solve it.

I've simply always assumed folks working on petition responce (any game) are either sadist and/or masochists.
If you assume the above, everything immediately makes perfect sense
Play nice while you butcher each other.

And CCP will not do anything about that, the most you can exspect is a cut and pasted standard response saying "we will look into it" blah blah blah.

Guess what ? It's now 55 hours with no response. And it's very strange... You cannot offline the distant modules even if you remove all fuel from the tower. At least we have reached an agreement with the second corp here around. As long as there are no WH pirates invading we may be safe for a while. So CCP take your time solving that problem...

CCP don't give a hoot about Key Performance Indicators or Service Levels is my guess. 
No bad thing tbh. Quantity != Quality after all.
If you aren't happy, rate it appropriately afterwards.

Was that one before or after the bug that gave dreads a 0-second RoF when in siege? For a few short days, it was possible for a Revelation to dump its entire capacitor instantly, doing over 7m points of damage.
