the start/reserve is 6 bill. I'd rather pay for another PLEX and train for another month than for him to go for less than that.

This guy isn't the perfect toon, but he has some nice skills. with a month or two tops, his skillset will be polished to be a cracking toon.
Anyway anyone with an offer of 6 billion i will accept.
Logging for the night, will check tomorrow morning ( EU ) for any buyers.
