I'm lazy and in the business of yelling at CCP about stupid stuff while I happen to be surfing the forums. Hell, I don't even actually play the game anymore , like I said, lazy. I leave the rest of the details to the people that we pay/who volunteer to do it. Im sure it can be done, but I would have too look around before I even knew where to look if I cared. On the other hand I have a book mark that goes right to the forums. Additionally its my belief that if you did bug report it the best you could hope for is that someone would look at the specifics you mention. the chances of that leading anyone to do a systemic analysis of why the problems occur is around 0 IMO. Wherever you went - Here you are.

It looks fine through the wiki for me but I suggest that you to file a bug report if you are still seeing errors. Its the best way to get an issue like this fixed.
