This has to be the richest pirate corp/alliance in the game. Faction ships with faction and officers fits gaurdians T3s one hell of a fleet. Perma-camping ami and killing everything.
Just saying in case some corp or alliance wants to get some epic kills and loads of loots. But you better be good or it will end very badly.

Whose alt are you? I live in the area balex always seem to camp, they only seem to kill idiots who try and fly there fleet bs through the Ashmarir->Vezila Pipe solo

a. ****ed off carebear that lost his badger full of goodies hoping that some better corp would run them out of there.
b. BALEX alt looking for more action.
c. A solo pirate mad because they moved into my playground and hoping some bigger corp runs them out.
d. A rich idiot flying a fleet BS.
e. A member of COC whose fleet got there aXX handed to them and want some payback by some bigger and better corp.
f. A WH and plex hunter hoping they leave soon.

Checked their latest 10 losses or so. (Assuming you meant "BALEX Academy",the only 'Balex' corp with a notable amount of kills). No faction/dead space/officer mods detected whatsoever. I am disappoint. You'd have to send me isk if you want me to continue browsing though km's but so far it looks like you are talking out of your arse and they are just using normal T2/meta pvp fits.

He is right they do tend to be in t3 ships when the camp, but I have never noticed any guardians with them especially not officer fit ones.
I mean balex proper not the academy

Here's your solid proof. You'd basically have to live in the ami area to know that Chain of Chaos is always sleezing around that area and getting blown up...or look at a killboard...but I like to think HO is hanging out there doing teh hardcore with COC.

I can confirm balex is sort if a rich tard fleet. Consider their CEO an officer rat, just look up his golem 4b loss km. He has like 3-4 of them. I was on vent when he lost one to one of our alliance bc failfleets.

Ho is right at least about the ship composition, I've been through Ami few times this past week. I saw at least 15 navy issue BS, loki's, legion's, 3 guardians and various other BS's/BC's.
I didnt stick around long enough to try and scan a ship. It was not that important to me.

My group was playing Dock-Dock Blob games with Chain Of Chaos for about a month. Suddenly B A L E X comes out of nowhere and shows us what ôREALö PVP is supposed to look like.
I tip my hat to you guys 
TBFH, I wish that there were more groups like B A L E X around and less like COC  EVE would be a much better place if there were. ATM we are bowing out of Ami because we cannot yet content with what we have seen them field. In a month or so, we will give it another go and maybe make a more respectable showing when fighting equal numbers.

I don't live in Ami area but I know about coc because every time I go through there ridiculous numbers of them dock up. And when you see a dozen gatecamping people dock up because a single anathema scouting for a single hurricane jumped in, you remember.

This is because you need to undock to check what's on scanner, something which based on the stories I've heard and the little of you I've seen you never do with any of them in local.

P.S. I doubt OP is a balex alt, his english isn't bad enough. Possible ofc, but unlikely.

Balex actually have losses on their KB? when my old corp was hanging around the Fensi area every time we caught them on the high sec gate they would deaggro and jump into high sec with GCC.

Put intys on the high sec side for KM whorage as well as loot.

I do believe if u want to get past ami there are other ways in via itrin, keri, antem and always wormholes. So all except dumb carebears and dumb freighter pilots there are alternative ways in.
None of which is nearly camped as much as ami is
Now richest pirate corp in eve well u would go have to visit rooks and kings who can field a 200 man t3 fleet with logis that just ****s all before it ( only because they also do wormhole piract) youll find them up in the aridia region
