The Eve online forums are almost impossible to use on a cellphone browser (at least on mine - Blackberry). You have to scroll down through ALL the far left column stuff (the menus) to get to the meat.
I would very much appreciate a "mobile" version that could be selected, as some other sites have, that eliminates all the junk.

I agree, I have a touch screen Android and they take ages to load and are quite hard to use - they could really do with a mobile version and/or a touch version for the forums.
On that note I would also say that EVE Gate needs this as well - At the moment I can read messages but cant type any back out - the only time I am ever on Gate is on my phine waiting for the train so a mobile version would be extermelly usefull.

I agree, its annoying to have to zoom in and out all the time on my iphone, and dont get me started on how slow the page is browsed on a nokia n95 (due to the scripted sidebar)

I disagree, on my android phone (LG make) it works great, I post sometimes using it when I'm away from the PC for longer. It works fast.
EVE GATE is what should be fixed... It is totally screwed up when viewing using a phone... Too many, too big images is the biggest problem.
The forums it self is not the problem, it's the side bar on the left, it's practically inpossible to click the thing you'r looking for the first time when using your fingers unless you make an insane zoom in.

To poster above - you say it works fine then you say the problem is the left column. ... That's what I'm talking about.
A mobile version would eliminate all that crap so you just have forums.
Anway, I'm bumping this as I hope more than 3 people have issues with it and maybe it will get fixed.

Yea... I know the blackberry curve doesn't have the most up-to-date mobile browsers, but it is still a very popular phone and a lot of people have them and their close cousins. So it mobile version would be appreciated by me as well.

Agree as well. I hope this is a feature for the new forum there rolling out sometime after the next patch...
