I wanted to start a corporation... but I'm curious as to what all skills would I need to just start a basic corp? I looked through EVEMon and got what skills looked useful. but I want to make sure that these are all the basic skills. Also, if someone could, tell me all the corp skills that exist so i can create a future plan.
*Corporation Mangement - L3
*Social - L3
*Ethnic Relations - L5
*Contracting - L4
*Corporation Contracting - L4

Corporation managment and etchnic relations. Then when your corporation will grow, train skills on the sovereignity tree.

Can someone clarify what the ethnic relations was about? It says;

So 20% of what? 20% of my current members? For example, I'm Gallente and I have 20 members total from all races. If I train to level 2 then that's 40%. Meaning I can have 8 more members of non-Gallente race in my corp?

It works like this
Corp mgmt 1; ER 0
You can have 10 people in the corp the same race as the CEO
Corp mgmt 1; ER 1
You can have 10 people in the corp, 2 of which can be other races than the CEO.
Corp mgmt 1; ER 2
10 people in corp, 4 can be other races.
Empire Control 2, ER 4
You can have 700 people in your corp, of those 80% (560 people) can be of a race other than the CEO.
