thats what a reserve is, you reserve the right not to sell, doesn't mean you will not sell, just means you don;t have to.
Hard to value such a BPO as much more, I would bid 410, but your increment doesn't allow that, and its not worth much more than 400mil IMO, and i guess from the lack of bids, everyone else agrees with me

There is no point to reserve prices on these forums because there is no force obligating the seller to sell even if the bid is very high. CCP could do with putting up an proper auction system, wouldnt be too hard and I think a lot of people would like to bid on those auctions because they know some ****face wont send an ingame bid.
